Policy for Cancellations and Refunds
General Policy
Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Moonfrog / Teen Patti Gold. All charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by Moonfrog / Teen Patti Gold using the preferred payment method designated in your Account. The concerned payment service provider may send you a receipt by email or SMS.
Orders Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders once successfully processed cannot be cancelled or refunded in any case whatsoever. Once virtual chips have been granted to your account, we do not offer refunds.
If Chips Were Not Granted
If your chips have not been granted for whatever reason after a successful payment, please contact us. We will endeavour to grant your chips immediately. In case we are unable to grant you chips, your refund will be processed from our end within 7 working days.
Third-Party Refunds
The concerned payment service provider may elect to issue a refund due to non-compliance or other reasons, which is not under Moonfrog / Teen Patti Gold's control. Any such refund would be subject to the payment provider's policies.
